[drats_users] Setting Up Ratflector

Anybody know where I can get any documentation for setting up one’s
own domain and ratflector for D-RATS?  I’m not talking about
the ratflector/repeater/proxy system on D-RATS, but a network
ratflector similar to the one’s I see popping up on D-RATS all the time,
like N0SO, Northern Ohio NODIG, and starrsny.org, etc..
