[drats_users] D-Rats and Hotspot

Does the hotspot board have a jumper (or software setting) that inverts the low speed data stream? With my DV Adapter I know that with some radios I have to move jumpers that invert the data or the radio at the receiving end  "beeps" but no data comes out.
