[drats_users] d-rats repeater errors on Unbuntu Lucid (10.04LTS)

After seeing your reply I went to d-rats.com and grabbed the latest source.  d-rats_repeater from there runs just fine.

Hmm, it looks like we need to apply the first hunk of changeset:1913 to the repeater and map downloader files. Right Steve?
