 OS: Windows XP sp3
 Serial Device: Prolific 2303 USB to Serial

 When I exit d-rats many times it will close the window and leave the com
 port open. If I open the system manager I can see d-rats is clearly still
 running in the process list. You are then unable to kill the process and
 the com port stays open.

 I have tried disabling and re-enabling the com port device, unplugging the
 USB to Serial cable and the only thing that works is a full reboot.
 Logging out and back in will not clear the com port but seems to clear
 d-rats from the system process list.
