[drats_users] Using preferences keys transmitter

Comport 6 on the computer to the VHF radio, Icom 220H data port.

When in the drats program, click on FILE, then click on PREFERENCES,
it causes the HF transmitter to key up for one second, like it is doing
a port check.

Similar to what you get if using the JT65-HF program and you want to
perform a
port check for confirmation of the setting in that programs preferences.
