 Hi Rick,

 Could you attach your config file to this bug?  Instructions on how to
 find it are in the FAQ section of the site:

 http://www.d-rats.com/documentation/frequently-asked-questions/3
 -reporting-problems/7-where-do-i-find-my-configuration-file/

 *AFTER* you do that, delete the file from your machine and D-RATS will
 start.  It looks like maybe a corrupted storage path got set in your
 configuration file.
