[drats_users] Map Icons...

[Gerald Phelps]

So it is XP or Linux then.  The W98 laptops do meet the MS minimum [barely] 
so I as soon as the hurricane season is behind us, I'll attempt an XP 
install. I'm also looking at various distros  of Linux to see if these would 
work.
We've got an XP laptop with D-RATS and can connect to an ICOM 2200H on 
shared basis if we need to.
