[drats_users] Update on AX.25

Any progress on implementing an AX.25 stack into D-RATS so it will operate through digipeaters?  Our ARES group is very interested in adopting D-RATS as our universal data communications program.  Our D-STAR users love the program, but unfortunately, we still have many folks operating packet and will for some time.

Thanks again for your participation in Dayton.  We just had a D-RATS Forum at the Huntsville Alabama Hamfest that was well attended.
