[drats_users] Map Icons...

I'm just getting started with D-STAR & D-RATS here in the Cocoa area of 
Florida. I've installed D-RATS on an XP laptop in our vehicle BEARS1  , but 
it would not install in an old W98SE laptop. Do you have any info on D-RATS 
on these old OS computers?
