Comment:

 Although the DPRS calculator generates a full byte for the checksum, the
 DPRS white paper claims that the checksum can be a single character.
 Fixed that in changeset:1928.  Fixed the GPRMC issue in changeset:1927,
 which included making all the GPS string parsing more robust.
