 Hi,

 There is no crash information in the debug log that you posted.  That
 likely means that it is crashing due to some outside force, or being
 prevented from executing by something like a virus scanner.

 Deleting the program directory is all that is required to uninstall.  You
 might also try deleting the configuration file in the same directory as
 the debug log that you posted.  It doesn't, however, look like it is
 config-related.

 Since there is no D-RATS debug information, I'm going to close this bug,
 but if you make more progress or get some actual debug information, please
 re-open.
