 D-RATS could send an NMEA stream to the radio, yes.  However, what would
 be the point?  If you put the radio in GPS mode, then D-RATS won't (AFAIK)
 receive any data back, such as reports from other stations.  For that
 reason, I can't really see why you'd have it connected in that way.  What
 am I missing?
