 U3 is proprietary and requires installation on the host computer.  I would
 prefer that it not be supported by D-RATS. Personally I think U3 is a
 scourge that is little better than a virus itself, but I have been known
 to over-react :) I think the command line option is very workable for a
 "non-installed" D-RATS capability.
