 user radio has callsign N4CZ^^^M, where ^=space.
 user radio sends e-mail to n4cz at knology.net via N4CZ e-mail gateway.
 N4CZ D-RATS event log says message received and forwarding.
 Message does not show in intenet e-mail inbox.
 debug logfiles from N4CZ^^^M and N4CZ attached.
