 proxy set for   tnc:com4:0
                 net:ref.d-rats.com:9oo1

 d-rats set for  net:ref.d-rats.com:9000

 When I turn off the proxy via the push button on the proxy program data is
 still sent to the tnc.  This was verified by setting d-rats for
 net:ref.d-rats.com:9001 and monitoring incoming data while watching the
 tnc tx and the radio tx. I can close down d-rats and delete the
 repeater.config file and restart d-rats then proxy is off fuctionally.

 I don't know the Milestone , ver is 0.3.2
