 Hi Gord,

 Your log shows that your station did initiate the transfer to KI7IL and
 that it never completed.  After the transfer failed some number of times,
 it marked his station as "dead" so that it doesn't just try constantly.

 I see that you're able to chat with him.  This logic has been in place
 since 0.3.1 or earlier, so nothing has changed in this space recently.
 Could you try it again fresh and see if you get something different?  Are
 you sure you're able to manually transfer it to him?  Could you post the
 debug log for both sides of the same conversation?  It's possible his is
 hitting an error of some sort that is causing the transfer to fail.
