[drats_users] Filter Help - Never Mind

I got brave and went into the config file and found the filter line where
both of the filters I had created were listed and deleted the "" entry and
saved it and when I opened D-RATS again the window was gone. Just for the
halibut I used the menu option to delete the other filter and all went as it
should.
