 I'm running v0.3.2b12 on WinXP.

 Using up/down arrow in Config dialog doesn't show correct pref screen.

 1) From main D-Rats window, click File, then Preferences.
 2) In the Config dialog, click the down-arrow once (to move to Paths).
 3) The right pane does not change.
 4) Press the down-arrow key once (to move to GPS).
 5) The right pane changes to "Paths".
 6) Press the down-arrow key once (to move to Appearances).
 7) The right pane changes to "GPS".
 8) Repeated presses of up/down arrow show that the right pane trails by
 one menu.
 9) Notice that if you are at the top (Preferences), one additional press
 of the up-arrow displays the Preferences.
 10) Notice that if you are at the bottom (Email Access), one additional
 press of the down-arrow displays the Email Access.
