 Winlink send is working fine either upper or lower case WL2K: in "To:"
 field.  Winlink forwards the email inside or outside the winlink.org
 domain with no problems.

 RECEIVING Winlink emails is still not working under CentOS or Windows.  No
 exceptions are noted in the debug log.
