Hi all,

I just posted 0.3.2b12 with a few final fixes.  I'm hoping this can
become the official 0.3.2 after a little testing.  Changes are:

- Fix a mid-run CWD change on Win32 systems
- Create a map group when adding a new marker, if necessary
- Prevent someone from entering an email address at a callsign prompt
- Fix use of a new function on older python (i.e. EL5) systems
- Fix corrupting binary file message attachments
