[drats_users] Ratflector Down?

Well, it was definitely offline last night.  Verizon had a huge (and
unprecedented, as long as I've been a customer) 6-hour outage on their
small business network.  It came back up about 11:30 PDT last night.

However, I'm able to connect to the ratflector now, and I see several
other people online as well.
