 Windows version is not forwarding or receiving Winlink messages.  I
 suspect some of this is related to case conversion.  The example that was
 on the release notes said to preface the email with WL2K:  We found that
 by prefacing with lower case "wl2k:" the messages DO send properly.  We
 can't get them to receive however.  VE7FKY is running 64 bit Win-7 and hit
 an error box when he tried the upper case "WL2K:" so that prompted me to
 go lower case.  I never get an error, but if I use upper case the email
 goes to .... ?  FYI I am still working on getting Ubuntu back on line ;)
