[drats_users] Show all gps position reporta on map

I will admit that I am occasionally watching a station as it's moving 
and happens to be on RF and it is cool, and exactly what was 
requested.
I'm guessing the long string with the callsign is time&date.  That's 
fine, and serves just fine for my desires.
Also it appears that there is a limit on the number of reports that 
are saved.  That a good thing as well.
