 This is really weird. Two other members of RACES were able to go back to
 0.3.1 and they are able to get into their preferences. I have two systems:
 one XP and the other vista and have the same problem with both. Things
 that I have been trying: I deleted the D-Rats folder and then installed
 0.3.1 Still had the same problem. Then I also installed both 9b and 10b
 and had the same problem. I now have 0.3.1 installed and still cannot get
 to preferences. I just talked to anoter RACES member and he is having the
 same problem. Laptop with vista, hab 9b installed, installed 0.3.1 and now
 can not get to preferences.
