Hi all,

I just posted 0.3.2b10 with a few fixes:

- Updated radiogram form to not force the current date and time (which
  limits the year that can be selected)
- Copy in new stock forms based on modification time on MacOS and Linux
- Added a new "drafts" folder
- Changed the toolbar on form windows to use "Save", "Send", and
  "Send Via" actions

The first two should resolve the issues relating to the radiogram
itself, as well as people on non-Windows platforms not seeing new form
updates when they install a new version.

The form toolbar changes hopefully get us closer to a more email-like
interface for the message windows, and should hopefully fix the issues
some were seeing with failing to save the form when you choose "send" as
your next action.

In case it's not obvious, on a form the "save" action will save the form
and any changes back to where it was opened from (or into Drafts for a
new message).  The "send" action will place it in the Outbox for
automatic transport on the next cycle.  The "send via" action will place
it in the Outbox, but bring up the dialog that lets you choose a station
other than the currently addressed one to force it to (for relaying).

Feedback on whether or not this is an improvement would be appreciated.

Also, I've generated an Intel Mac .app of this beta, so it would be good
to get some testing on that platform before we post an official 0.3.2.
Note that the WL2K server-side stuff doesn't work on MacOS because of
the compression algorithm used.

I haven't heard much about the WL2K functionality in general, which
kinda surprises me.  In an upcoming drill [1], we plan to send and
receive WinLink mail at my local fire station, which currently doesn't
have a permanent WL2K station.  We'll be testing D-RATS' WL2K
functionality in that "production environment".
