 Hmm, this seems to work for me as expected.

 Leo's config didn't have a rule matching himself in his email access
 settings.  If you put a rule in the "Email Access" part of the config for
 yourself, does it work?

 This needs to be your own callsign, as configured, with permission of
 "Both".
