 Okay, well, this is all related to the send/save/forward/etc confusion
 I've created with the form toolbar of late.

 I just made a bunch of changes to make the toolbar have: Save (as in
 draft), Send (as in, move to the outbox), and Send Via (as in force this
 to another station regardless of where it's addressed).  I think I've
 tested all of the scenarios to make sure that the message gets saved to
 the appropriate place for each of these.  When I post the next beta, if
 you could make sure that your problem goes away, that would be
 appreciated.
