 Dan I just came across this bug.  I am running XP.  What you have to do is
 create the message (I was using MEMO), fill everything out, and hit SEND
 (not SAVE).  The behavior is as described. All the content is blanked
 except for the source callsign.  If you do SAVE, it will act properly,
 saving to the folder. THEN you can go to the line in the outbox and push
 it out.  I found this during that drill we had but I could not remember
 what I did until I happened to make the same move tonight. I am running
 3.2b9
