 I'm running D-RATS Repeater and connecting aprx running on the same
 machine to 127.0.0.1:9000 to milk the D-PRS position reports to APRS-IS.

 Anything originating from a D-RATS station will come through. GPS-A
 positions from an IC-2820 stations won't.
