An uninstall won't do what you're trying to do.

Please read the FAQ item here to get to your debug log and config file:

Please capture the debug.log and d-rats.config file and email them to me
so I can figure out what the problem is.  Then delete (or rename) the
d-rats.config file and it will start again.
