Okay, I think this is because the installer isn't freshening the
templates.  Can you remove the form templates directory and then
re-install D-RATS to make sure they get updated?

To do this, go to Start->Run and type: %APPDATA%\D-RATS.  Delete the
Form_Templates folder and then reinstall.
