 Installed from d-rats-0.3.1-installer.exe.
 It makes an attempt to start (1/10 sec) and then it closes.  Map
 downloader and repeater do open correctly. I looked in past tickets and
 found that you suggest to check D-rats config, but I couldn't find it. Is
 this of any help?
