Nope, not currently.

Well, it's mostly there for the benefit of the operator, to see where
the message has been.  It's read-only, which means you can't edit it.
On some replies, the path is reversed as a gratuitous route for the
message, so that the reply will follow the exact path (but in reverse)
that the original took, since that obviously worked to get it there in
the first place.
