Hi all,

Sorry it's been so long since the last beta release.  I've had a lot of
things going on in the rest of my life that take up too much time :(

Anyway, I just posted b9 with the following changes:

- Added delete button on non-editable message toolbars
- Fixed DPRS checksum
- Added spell checking to form message boxes
- Added ability to create additional folders in the messages tab
- Added Winlink2000 outbound gateway support

Now you can send an email through another station and have that station
use your Winlink account to do it.  Simply address a message to
WL2K:foo at bar.com and send it to your gateway station.  If that station
can reach the internet and has message forwarding enabled, it will
connect to the WL2K servers and send the email using your account.  This
only works for forms of type "email".

When the email recipient replies, you can use the existing inbound WL2K
mail checking function to retrieve the reply.  Thus, this lets you be a
fully bi-directional WinLink client across any D-RATS supported medium,
as long as you can reach an internet-connected station.

I have one more change in mind, regarding the save/send buttons on the
form windows that I need to make soon.  After that, I think we should
make a formal 0.3.2 release.  Comments on that are appreciated.
