 I see this also. I'm at 48.457306, -123.448056. I see this as a a row of
 tiles, running the full width of the map, which duplicates the row of
 tiles above it.

 I'm using the d-rats-0.3.1-3.fc11.i386 RPM from the d-rats repository on
 Fedora 12.
