Hmm, can you find the LZHUF_1.EXE that is distributed with D-RATS and 
see if it runs?  Perhaps it's being prevented by some anti-virus 
software?  You might also try the newly-built 32-bit executable I posted 
on the list yesterday.  See if replacing that helps.

I think my first step would be to disable all anti-virus and 
anti-malware tools and see if that changes it.
