[drats_users] Need a 64-bit Windows Tester

Hi,

Could someone with 64-bit windows download and try to execute the 
following executable?  The link is:

   http://static.danplanet.com/tmp/lzhuf_1.exe

It will need to be executed at a command prompt.  If it runs properly, 
you should just see a simple usage statement like the following:

   'lzhuf e file1 file2' encodes file1 into file2.
   'lzhuf d file2 file1' decodes file2 into file1.

If this works, then I'll be able to enable 64-bit windows users to 
interface with Winlink.
