Hi Rick,

It's looking for a file:
C:\Documents and Settings\Rick Drews\Application Data\D-RATS
\static_locations\P9094561.csv

I don't think that's one of the default install files. Is this a fresh
install (never been installed on your PC before), or a re-install or
upgrade?
