I got stations showing up as unknown until I did the following:

1. Transmitted as GPS not GPS-A.
2. Only enabled RMC and GGA strings in the radio configuration.  See http://www.aprs-is.net/DPRS.aspx
3. Using the D-PRS Calculator page http://www.aprs-is.net/DPRSCalc.aspx I configured my radio properly.

Using this method allowed my station to be seen on http://aprs.fi/ as well as displayed on the D-Rats map.  No other combination that I tried seemed to work.

That being said perhaps someone else has had success with a different combination of settings.  Please advise if you have been able to get GPS-A to work on D-RATS and aprs.fi at the same time.  (I used the 92 for testing with attached GPS mic)
