Okay, I see that it's not even considering your reports to be GPS data
(valid or not).  Can you turn off your RMC sentence in your radio and
try again (just to test something)?

Also, remind me:

1. What radio is in the car
2. What radio is doing the receiving
3. How that radio is connected to D-RATS (through a proxy, etc)
