[drats_users] ??? about ver 0.3.3b2

I didn't see any responses to my message so I'll try again.

in ver 0.3.3b2 I see there are several new tabs on the Chat window. Is there
any documentation for their usage? Whats the difference between private chat
and Join Channel? What's the filter tabs do?
