Trimming the debug log isn't a very good idea because the problem could
have been caused by something indicated earlier in the file.

This sure looks like your callsign isn't in the access list.  Can you
post your config file as well (may want to scrub your passwords first)?
 There is an FAQ on the website on where to find it (same place as the
debug log).
