[drats_users] D-RATS.COM Yum and Apt Repository Updated with D-RATS 0.3.3b1

All,
The d-rats.com yum and apt software repositories have now both been
updated with d-rats-0.3.3b1 packages. If you're using Linux Fedora 11,
12 or 13-beta, you can use the Yum repository to install and update
d-rats.
If you're using Ubuntu Linux, you can use the Apt repository to install
and update d-rats.
In either case, if you disabled the beta repository to install the
release version, yo will need to re-enable it to see 0.3.3b1.
Also, Ubuntu users: Make sure the package you install is 0.3.3b1-2. An
error occurred on the first build attempt. If the package manager says
0.3.3b1-1 it's the wrong version. Keep clicking the reload button to
update the package list until you get 0.3.3b1-2.
