This is the issue.  Looks like your USB-to-serial device has chosen a
different path (or is no longer attached).  Someone more familiar with
MacOS may be able to help, but I think that if you go edit the serial
port in preferences, you'll find that the drop-down box now lists
something other than "/dev/tty.usbserial-FTEHDU54".
