 This is the same issue we have been seeing all along.  You transferred
 several messages and then transferred one that failed, which caused the
 remote station to be blacklisted.:

 1792    [SESSION 8]: Failed to send file (incomplete) [00%] 0.00 B/s
 (Total 353 B)
 1793    [SESSION 8]: Transfer Interrupted (0% complete)

 In 0.3.3b1 I changed the blacklist threshold from one bad transfer to
 three, which should make it less obsessive.  However, this station appears
 to actually have lost contact with yours after the failed transfer,
 because I don't see any traffic from you after the failure.  If your
 station is unreachable, it obviously can't send the message.

 It also appears that he was running a beta of 0.3.2, which didn't have the
 changes in 0.3.3b1 that helps prevent this scenario when saving
 preferences in the middle of a session.  Maybe you guys could try again
 with the latest version before we go further?
