[drats_users] New Packet features in 0.3.3b1

A cFor a period of time, several members of our ARES group were using AGWPE.  It has great features and worked well for short periods of time, say a few hours.  After that, it would appear to be working, but kind of go off in never never land unresponsive.  That was repeatable for multiple users on various hardware.  Whwn was the last update?

I wish it would be stable because it allows multiple apps to share one TNC for one thing.

I've run it of months on end with few problems. I wonder if it's your underlying hardware or OS?
