 Hmm, some of the messages are not getting converted from emails to form
 files, but I'm not sure why.  Could you try to grab the following file
 from your machine and attach it to this bug?

 C:\Documents and Settings\panasonic\Application
 Data\D-RATS\messages\Inbox\KB1EJH04202010222137.xml

 Hopefully you haven't deleted it yet.. It's just one of the messages from
 the mailing list.  I'm changing the title of this bug to reflect what's
 actually happening, just so I can keep it straight.
