Then I can say that (a) D-RATS should be seeing the GPS-A beacons from
the 2820 just fine, but regardless, GPS beacons from the 2820 should
also be sent to aprs-is from your gateway.  If you generate GPS-A
beaconds in a controlled environment that are not decoded properly by
D-RATS please send me a debug log after reproducing the issue.
