[drats_users] Networks Sensitive?

Is D-RATS picky about what network it's connected to?  I was at a library
connected to its open wireless network and D-RATS would crash every time I
opened if I blew away the config file it would open, but when I would save
the new config it would crash.  Came home, and it's running perfectly fine.

 

Or perhaps it's a port trouble?
