[drats_users] Use of TNC with D-RATS

We often hear that D-STAR is expensive, but remember the capabilities.  To be able to run simultaneous voice and data on FM, it requires two radios and a TNC.  D-STAR is one radio. D-RATS is one program.

I add my support. D-STAR is great, but relatively expensive, while packet is inexpensive and easy to implement. Combining both would be wonderful.
